Our checkout runs on Shopify's secure, PCI DSS–compliant platform. Every page of the checkout is encrypted with SSL (look for the padlock in your browser's address bar), so the details you enter travel safely.

Your card details

Payments are processed by our payment partner. AskMeMart never sees or stores your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

Payment options

All payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Stay safe

AskMeMart will never ask for your OTP, card PIN or UPI PIN by phone, email or WhatsApp. If someone does, please do not share it and report it to support@askmemart.com.
